Week 6

I found this to be a little bit difficult. First I could not find any one who was willing to pose for me. I asked family, friend and coworkers. They all said no. So I decide to pick children (some of my smaller relatives) who just love the camera. But that might have been the wrong decision, it is really hard to get a 5 year old to side still, while you try to get a half way decent shot.

Pam, great work using natural lighting. Looks like your subject model enjoyed having her picture taken too! Look at the smile on her face

Little kids are great subjects to work with... you just have to be a little more patient

Remember it's all about the light... you have to turn off your flash. I want to see directional window light break across the face with highlight and shadow

I can sympathize with you about trying to "guide" a subject. Animals are just as difficult! I finally dangled some treats in front of him and it worked! Perhaps a lollipop may do for your subject--just a thought. :) She is adorable!
